Maryellen Werstine is a licensed Massage Therapist, licensed Esthetician and co-owner of Boyne City Massage and Wellness. She has over 20 years experience and holds a national certification in massage therapy. She received her massage training at Health Enrichment Center in Michigan. Her skin care training was through an intense "hands on" apprenticeship with Master Esthetician Erin Halloran at Simply Skin in Brighton Michigan and continues her education quarterly through Eminence Organic Skin Care. Maryellen is also a certified professional life and leadership coach through IPEC, and offers wellness coaching to help empower her clients. Maryellen has an intuitive approach that looks beyond the obvious to make sustainable change in the body that supports natural healing. She utilizes a multitude of different modalities to customize every single service to cater to her clients changing needs. Maryellen is passionate about health and wellness and helping her clients live a more enriched life. When not at work you will find her with her horses, enjoying nature or traveling the globe.
Jennifer Clasman- Ammerman, better known as Jenny, is a licensed Massage Therapist and co-owner of Boyne City Massage and Wellness. She studied massage therapy and bodywork at the Mind Body Institute in Petoskey. She then continued her education to include silicone cupping and ashiatsu barefoot massage. Her passion is deep tissue massage and facilitating lasting results for her clients. She develops treatment plans for rehabilitation of chronic and acute pain as well as maintenance sessions. She also loves hosting spa parties for her clients and tourists on holiday.
On her days off, Jenny can be found participating in community events, hiking avalanche hill, or attending the local farm market. 
Heather Godmar, LMT, earned her massage and bodywork practitioner certificate in 2013 from the Solace Institute in Boyne Falls, MI.
She is a therapeutic based therapist who enjoys working with a diverse range of clients to alleviate minor aches and pains resulting from stress, work or injury. She has special interest in massage that is slow, controlled, gentle and deep. She takes the body into a profound state of relaxation, which improves the release of tight muscles and glued fascia. She has been recognized by her clients and colleagues as being personable, professional, purposeful, intuitive, focused, knowledgeable, and peaceful. “A holistic healing approach that is very soothing”. |
Cindy Webb is a licensed massage therapist who studied massage and bodywork at Baker college of Cadillac. Her training included deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, and reflexology with a holistic approach-viewing mind, body, and spirit as one. She blends modalities intuitively, catering to each of her clients needs. Cindy continued her education at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education, earning a Natural health educator certificate.
Cindy is passionate about health and wellness, essential oils, and helping clients feel and live better. When not at work, Cindy can be found hiking, swimming, biking, camping or exploring new opportunities and adventures outdoors. 
Jessica Jaroniewski comes to the studio with 13 years of massage experience graduating from the Everest Institute in Grand Rapids. Her favorite modalities are deep tissue, sports and pregnancy massage. She worked in therapeutic offices with chiropractors and high end spas, bringing a wide variety of experience. She is passionate about fitness, healthy eating, gardening and helping you feel better. She is a mom of three, wife and wonderful friend with a bubbly personality. In her spare time you will find her barefoot outside with her many animals or attending one her children's sporting events. We lovingly call her the deep tissue queen.
Tori Zapfe is a northern Michigan native and travels from Cheboygan to practice her favorite massage modality, deep tissue. She studied at the SOMA institute in Chicago and spent last summer on Mackinac Island gaining experience at the Mission Point Spa. She prefers to practice therapeutic massage making her perfect for our studio.
On her days off she can be found hanging out with her dog, Sir Remington. She loves to read and enjoys game nights with her family. |
